Christine Arnold

I’m Christine and I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London as a Nutritional Therapist. I am passionate about good food and the endless possibilities it has to impact upon our health.

I have always been interested in food and diet and would often trial different regimes and supplements with my Mother who was way ahead of the times. Health food shops were a rarity but we happened to have one close to home and would often frequent it sampling the different goodies on offer.

I studied for my Nutrition qualification later in life having never gone to college or university as a young girl and here I discovered my passion.

I love helping clients, watching them grow and recover, supporting them through illness and seeing their successful outcomes. I am always happy to be a part of their health journey.
