I specialise in helping peri and post menopausal women regain and retain their best selves by using dietary and lifestyle recommendations and properly targeted supplements. As a post menopausal woman myself, I have used nutritional therapy to manage my arthritis, boost my energy and sleep, and keep my waistline.
As well as my 3 year diploma in Nutritional Therapy, I am continually updating my knowledge and have untaken further training in:
-gut health (with a focus on the microbiome),
-evidence based nutrition,
-effective testing for nutritional therapists,
-optimising women’s health in the menopause and beyond,
-successful weight loss using the Metabolic Balance system
-the psychology of eating disorders with an emphasis on overeating and binge eating.
I have also contributed to a number of nutritional magazines writing primarily about the microbiome.
